Been told the “kink” is balanced. Of course it isn’t. It blatantly caters to men that only see women as sexual objects.

I honestly do NOT see how it’s balanced. Female frames are always “sexy” (a lot with high heels) while male frames of course run the gamut of “eldrich horror” to maybe sexy.

The storylines: The women are all mothers, lovers, damsels that need to be saved, dead or a combination of these. See also: How Jade’s story was all about A MAN (who gets a name) and how he was mad that she _died in childbirth_ as well as at the Tenno for..doing nothing, they didn’t cause that. Anyways Edgebro.
The Lotus needs saving every other day. She’s also demasked and has a boob window. Something I don’t think we get to see with Teshin (Duviri doesn’t count, even then he has a beard coving his face.) Even the Dax in the Erra cutscene has her mask broken. (Always got to show the woman’s face).
Suda, a cephalon, needs saving from herself by… men (Male cephalon).
Vent Kid’s sister needs to be saved by you.
All the female Entrati family women have their breasts emphasized and their faces clear of infestation.
(Let’s not even get into how lots of women are portrayed as evil, and how machines are gendered female: Necramech, Exploiter Orb)
The men’s storylines?: Constant redemption for being horrible people. (Alad V, Nef Anyo, Ballas actually take a day out to help you a bit before going back to being evil) Heroes. Powerful people. The Queens? Nope.

The men we do see that are ‘pretty’ get “uglified” like Ballas and the entirety of On-Lyne.

The female agents you get on missions show their face, the men do not.
Let’s not mention that a majority of the men look 30+ in age and the women around 20-

Female frames: always gotta have boobs and butt and a lot have high heels. As you showed.. only 1.. 1!! male frame is even remotely ‘sexy’ and it STILL caters to men.

1999: We have the ‘exotic’ Asian woman, the ‘spicy Latina and the Sexy woman with boob armor. (Two of the frames they are based on play the same. Interchangeable. Pick your flavor of woman.)
Men?: Snake, Big Boss and Otacon.

The ‘kink’ only caters to men and having yet another ‘sexy’ skin for a female frame adds fuel to all the gamerbros that are currently screaming about how Aloy has face fuzz and thus ‘is a man!’ and how Sony censored their sexy game. As well as fueling the idea that women need to be sexy ALL the time, even when they are warriors.
